Powder application techniques

Training description

After this training you will know how to develop and document an application solution, using the R.A.P- and multistep methods for a new object or to optimize an existing. You will also get knowledge in practice about charging technology with corona- and tribo charging, as well as how to measure and calculate application efficiency and real powder consumption.

The training takes place in the development lab of PCA with application equipment from all the main suppliers. The major part of the training is practical. It is our opinion that you as a painter both can decrease costs and improve quality with an increased level of education.

This training is suitable for production leaders, operators, operators-to-be and process technicians.
